30 Days to Healthy Living ... Business Update 002

It's a new year and with that I'm feeling the excitement for the clean slate.

I'm starting the new year with the 30 Days to Healthy Living Challenge. It's personal but it's also business.

What is the 30 Days to Healthy Living?

Our 30 Days to Healthy Living Set is designed to act as a rest to establishing healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle so you can get more energy, manage weight, and feel fit with clean, vegan nutrition.

How do we complete the Challenge?

We avoid the following foods that in many cases are not beneficial to overall wellbeing:

  • Artificial Sweeteners
  • Coffee
  • Dairy
  • Wheat (and gluten)
  • Soy

We choose a shake for one or two meals and prepare healthy food for our other meals / snacks.

You're encouraged to eat every 4 hours, ensure your plate includes a balance of vegetables, lean protein, nutrient rich carbohydrates and healthy fats.

Drink plenty of water (2+ litres a day)

Other ways we can set Ourselves up for Success:

Get moving, whether you pick up a sport or simply go for a walk, exercise not only helps if you're wanting to shift weight, it also helps you feel good.

Ensure you get enough sleep.

Practice mindfulness and gratitude.

The benefit of Community

The thing that helps build success is the community.

Whether you join a global challenge group or simply join throughout the year, you'll always be supported.

Arbonne provide plenty of recipe ideas, and I, as your consultant, will support you daily throughout the challenge so you never feel like you're on your own.

I've been reading the book 'The High 5 Habit' by Mel Robbins.  I couldn't go past this page without sharing it.

Hating your body, your past, or yourself won't motivate you.

How bloody true is that!  It's taken me a lot of years to be able to look in the mirror and respect the person I am.  I spent way too long loathing all my faults and wishing I was more.  But now I've been able to shake that and know I'm worthy of so much just the way I am.

So why am I doing the challenge then you ask?

Because it's not about loathing where you are and trying to change.  It's about loving who you are now, but wanting to take care of yourself, having a desire to look after your mind, body and soul and ensure you're prioritizing yourself, because you're worth it.

The law of attraction suggests that positive thoughts bring positive results into a person's life, while negative thoughts bring negative outcomes.  So, let's work together to love the life we've got and ensure we're putting our best foot forward to create a future we're proud of.
