Recipe: Berry Bliss Protein Balls



2 scoops of Arbonne vanilla protein powder

1 cup of almonds

1/2 cup of raw cashews

1 cup of dates

Zest of 1 orange

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

1/4 cup dried cranberries

Squeeze of orange juice


In a Thermomix or another blender, blitz all the nuts and dates until they resemble crumbs.

Then add all the other ingredients and blitz until combined.

Once well mixed, roll into small balls and refrigerate.


Will keep in a fridge for up to two weeks.
